Moreeb Dune

Moreeb is the highest known dune not just in Liwa but at 300m high, is one of largest dunes in the world.  

Its significance is celebrated every year (in late January), as it plays host to the Liwa Festival where a large number of international and local visitors come to marvel at the offroad and camel racing events.
